Design and creative direction of the FoodScape project (food+landscape). A new concept of tourist-gastronomic experience developed together with the chef Rakel Cernicharo (Karak restaurant) for the Valencia Tourism Agency.

The result is a set of tableware with three pieces inspired by the most emblematic landscapes of the Valencia Region, transferring each shape, silhouette and level to the plate.

The project has resulted in three pieces of tableware made of oak wood: Montain piece, Huerta piece and Albufera piece; three recipes based on the products and recipes of each space and an experiential video in which the entire creative process has been collected.
