GOE Gastronomy Open Ecosystem
At GOe Tech Center (Basque Culinary Center), gastronomy is seen as a powerful symbol of identity that connects people with their region, culture and traditions.
This Action Plan aims to provide a preliminary assessment of the gastronomic ecosystem and an analysis of training and innovation needs for the creation of a gastronomic hub.
To this end, they required a design and layout that would highlight gastronomy as a strategic differentiator for the regions in this research and development project for the Lanzarote government.
